This two-section, 16.0 cu. ft. sandwich/salad unit features a stainless steel top with a 16-pan opening to keep mise en place organized and within reach. A cold air compartment surrounds pans for consistent temperatures, complemented by an insulated pan cover and a cutting board side rail for efficient, make-to-order service. The self-cleaning condenser helps maintain optimal airflow and reduces routine maintenance. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior construction with a galvanized steel back and bottom stands up to high-volume use. Two stainless steel doors with recessed handles provide quick access to the base, which includes two stainless steel wire shelves for organized storage.
