A clear lid and cold bunker system bathe the pan area in chilled air, keeping ingredients below 41°F even when the lids are open. The unit accommodates up to eight 1/6-size pans and streamlines workflow with a 9-1/2 inch deep polyethylene cutting board and side rail. Inside, three solid doors open to organized storage, while LED interior lighting and fan control improve visibility and temperature management. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser brushes away dust daily to help prevent performance issues, and the digital temperature control and monitor system delivers consistent, precise holding. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces clean easily, and high-density polyurethane insulation locks in the cold.
