Boost line efficiency with the Turbo Air Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Mega Prep + Work Station with slide-back lid. This three-section, 23.0 cu. ft. unit organizes ingredients in a dedicated cold air compartment and accommodates fifteen 1/6-size, 4" deep pans for fast assembly. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board provides ample prep space, while the insulated pan cover and slide-back lid safeguard ingredients between tasks. Digital temperature control and monitoring, LED interior lighting, and fan control support consistent performance and visibility. The cabinet features (3) stainless steel doors with recessed handles, ABS door liners, and (3) stainless steel shelves. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized steel back and bottom. Self-cleaning condenser equipped and powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant.
