The Turbo Air TST-72SD-18M-N(-LW) combines a sandwich/salad mega top with refrigerated storage to streamline prep. This 72-5/8 inch wide unit delivers 23 cu. ft. of capacity with self-contained refrigeration. The top accommodates eighteen 1/6 size, 4-inch deep pans under an insulated pan cover, and includes a 9-1/2 inch deep, 1/2 inch thick cutting board with a convenient side rail. A digital temperature control and monitor system, plus LED interior lighting and fan control, support consistent holding and clear visibility. Inside, three solid doors and three adjustable PVC coated wire shelves organize ingredients and backup pans. A self cleaning condenser and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant pair with a 3/8 HP system for reliable performance. Built with a stainless steel interior with ABS door liner and a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P cord. ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listed, Made in USA.
