The Turbo Air TST-72SD-18M-N-SL(-LW) Super Deluxe sandwich/salad mega prep + work station is engineered to optimize make-line speed and cold ingredient storage. This three-section, 23 cu. ft. unit features self-contained refrigeration in a 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H footprint. A slide-back lid and insulated pan cover safeguard (18) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, while a digital temperature control & monitor system with LED interior lighting and fan control supports consistent, visible holding. The included 9-1/2" deep, 1/2" thick cutting board with convenient side rail streamlines prep; specify the side for the work station. Built for durability, it offers a stainless steel interior with ABS door liners and a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom. Three solid doors and three stainless steel shelves organize backup product. A self cleaning condenser and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant help maintain efficient operation.
