The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N 72-inch prep table is purpose-built for high-volume operations, pairing a 30-pan top with three solid doors to streamline sandwich, salad, and pizza production. Part of the Super Deluxe Series, it features high-density polyurethane insulation and a stainless steel interior and exterior for long-lasting performance and easy cleanup. A 9-1/2 inch deep polyethylene cutting board with side rail provides ample, stable workspace to keep lines moving during peak hours.
Temperature consistency is engineered into every shift. The patented self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust-related failures, while the digital temperature control and monitor system maintains a 33°F–39°F cabinet range. A dedicated cold bunker system circulates chilled air around the pan area, keeping ingredients below 41°F even when lids are open.
