Built for busy prep lines, the Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-D4R-N is a two-section sandwich/salad mega top unit that streamlines assembly and holding. Its 72-5/8 inch wide, 23 cu. ft. footprint features a stainless steel top with a 30-pan opening, a cold air compartment, and an insulated pan cover to help keep ingredients at proper temperatures. The left side offers four drawers while the right side has a right-hinged door with an ABS liner and one stainless steel wire shelf, giving chefs and operators organized access to stored items. A cutting board side rail supports efficient make-station workflow. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom stand up to daily use. Performance comes from a self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a self-cleaning condenser. The unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug and carries cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings. Contact sales for lead time.
