Built for high-volume prep, the Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-D6-N-FL streamlines your line with a three-section, 23 cu. ft. refrigerated base and a flat lid that protects ingredients between rushes. The mega top accommodates (30) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans, while (6) drawers keep backups organized and close at hand. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board provides ample workspace for fast assembly and clean presentation. The self-cleaning condenser helps sustain performance and reduce routine maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built for daily kitchen demands. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP system, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 9.9 amps, and connects via a NEMA 5-15P.
