Engineered for high-volume sandwich and salad assembly, the Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-D6-N-GL is a three-section, 23 cu. ft. unit built to support consistent prep workflows. It accommodates thirty 1/6 size, 4-inch deep pans beneath a glass lid, with a 6-1/4-inch deep cutting board for efficient build space. Six drawers and a stainless steel interior and exterior (with a galvanized steel back and bottom) provide durable, organized storage. The refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is supported by a self-cleaning condenser. Powered by a 3/8 HP motor on a 115v/60/1-ph circuit drawing 9.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, this prep solution aligns with cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.
