This three-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H and provides 21.3 cu. ft. of capacity beneath a stainless steel top featuring a 30-pan opening. A cold air compartment and insulated pan cover help keep ingredients at temperature, while the cutting board side rail supports streamlined assembly. Inside, LED interior lighting illuminates three stainless steel wire shelves and ABS door liners behind three stainless steel doors with recessed handles. Performance-minded details include a self-cleaning condenser and a hot gas condensate system. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 2/5 HP compressor, operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 5.7 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P.
