The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-LD2R-FB-N is a super deluxe sandwich/salad mega top unit designed to support fast, organized prep on busy lines. Front-breathing airflow and a three-section layout complement its 72-5/8 inch width, while the stainless steel top with a 30-pan opening keeps ingredients visible and within reach. Two drawers and two doors offer flexible cold storage options. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized steel back and bottom, it’s equipped with a self-cleaning condenser for reliable operation and a cutting board side rail for efficient assembly. This 17.6 cu. ft. model uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP system on 115v/60/1-ph power (9.9 amps) with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
