Product Description
The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-LRD2-FB-N-SL is a super deluxe sandwich/salad mega top unit with front breathing airflow and a slide-back lid for efficient line operation. This three-section refrigerator measures 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H and offers 17.6 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity. The top accommodates thirty 1/6 size, 4" deep pans beneath a 9-1/2" deep cutting board to streamline prep. Below, one left-hinged solid door, one right-hinged solid door, two drawers, and two stainless steel wire shelves provide organized storage. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and a galvanized steel back and bottom, it is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser. The refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP compressor, operating on 115v/60/1-ph, 9.9 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listed.
