Dual sided lids and a stainless steel top with a 30-pan opening support efficient two-sided assembly and organized ingredient access. A cold bunker system and dedicated cold air compartment help maintain chilled conditions around the pans, while an insulated pan cover protects product during slower periods. Inside, LED lighting and fan control enhance visibility and air circulation, and three stainless steel wire shelves add flexible base storage. The self-cleaning condenser helps keep the system performing by automatically brushing off dust buildup. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, ABS door liners, and three stainless steel doors with recessed handles, this unit is engineered for daily kitchen demands.
