Product Description
The Turbo Air TST-72SD-N is a three-section sandwich/salad unit built to keep prep organized and accessible. It delivers 19 cu. ft. of capacity with a stainless steel top featuring an 18-pan opening, plus a cutting board side rail that keeps assembly within reach. A stainless steel interior and exterior, ABS door liners, and three stainless steel doors with recessed handles support everyday durability. Inside, LED lighting and three stainless steel wire shelves simplify product visibility and storage. The self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor. For dependable operation, the unit is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser, a cold air compartment, and a hot gas condensate system, along with an insulated pan cover. Electrical is straightforward: 115v/60/1-ph, 5.7 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The TST-72SD-N meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation listings.
