Front breathing airflow and a three-section design support consistent performance within a 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H footprint. The 17.6 cu. ft. interior accommodates (18) 1/6 size, 4" deep pans for streamlined ingredient access, while (2) drawers and (2) doors provide versatile storage. A 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail enhances prep workflow and presentation. Durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom stand up to daily use. The unit is self-cleaning condenser equipped and uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/8 HP system, drawing 9.9 amps on 115v/60/1-ph power with a NEMA 5-15P.
