Product Description
The Turbo Air TST-72SD-D4R-N is a Super Deluxe sandwich/salad unit engineered for organized prep and reliable cold holding. This three-section, 23 cu. ft. model measures 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H and features a stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening, an insulated pan cover, and a cold air compartment that bathes ingredients in chilled air. A cutting board side rail supports assembly, while four drawers on the left and a right-hinged door on the right provide flexible storage for ingredients and bulk items. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior plus a galvanized steel back and bottom, it includes one stainless steel wire shelf. Cooling is driven by a self-contained, rear mounted refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP compressor. A self-cleaning condenser is equipped. The unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph, draws 9.9 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
