The Turbo Air TST-72SD-FB-N is a three-section sandwich and salad unit with 17.6 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity. It features front breathing airflow and a rear mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A stainless steel top with an 18-pan opening streamlines ingredient access, paired with an insulated pan cover and a cutting board side rail for organized prep. The cabinet’s stainless steel interior and exterior (with a galvanized steel back and bottom) is illuminated by an LED interior light and includes three stainless steel wire shelves. A cold air compartment and self-cleaning condenser are equipped, and the unit incorporates a hot gas condensate system. Three stainless steel doors with recessed handles provide direct access to stored items.
