Turbo Air’s TST-72SD-LRD2-N-SL is a three-section, 72-5/8-inch-wide sandwich/salad unit designed for busy prep lines. The slide-back lid, cold air compartment, and insulated pan cover help maintain temperatures for (18) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans during service. A 9-1/2-inch-deep cutting board spans the full length for streamlined assembly and clean presentation. Below, two drawers and two doors with two stainless steel wire shelves organize backups and packaged items for efficient workflow. The stainless steel interior and exterior with a galvanized back and bottom support daily cleaning and durability. Refrigeration is self-contained and rear mounted, using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/8 HP compressor. A self-cleaning condenser is equipped to support consistent performance.
