Its stainless steel top, front, and sides stand up to busy kitchen use, while high-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation boosts structural integrity and efficiency. Two stainless steel drawers streamline workflow, each accommodating up to six 1/6 size, 6-inch-deep pans for a total of twelve pans, and also fitting bagged items or other containers for flexible storage. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser sweeps a rotating brush across the coil surface two to three times daily to simplify maintenance and help preserve optimal operation.
