Its stainless steel exterior top, front, and sides stand up to heavy use while simplifying cleaning. High-density, CFC-free polyurethane insulation adds structural integrity and supports overall energy efficiency. Two drawers help you organize portioned items, bagged products, and containers for fast, ergonomic access throughout the day.
Maintenance is streamlined by Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser system, which automatically sweeps a spinning brush across the coil two to three times per day. An external digital display—part of the digital temperature control and monitoring system—makes operation and oversight straightforward. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor and eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, this unit is engineered to maintain consistent, low temperatures that keep your menu ingredients ready for service.<
