The Turbo Air TUR-28SD-D2-N Super Deluxe Series undercounter refrigerator delivers reliable cold storage in a compact 28-inch footprint. With two drawers and 6.8 cu. ft. of capacity, it organizes prep ingredients at the line and speeds service. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser automatically removes dust buildup to help prevent performance loss in busy kitchens. Digital temperature control and monitoring maintain a consistent 33°F to 38°F for precise holding.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet endures daily use and cleans quickly. High-density polyurethane insulation and eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant support efficient operation, while ergonomically designed drawers provide easy access. Each drawer accepts up to six 1/6-size pans (also fits one full-size or three 1/3-size pans; pans not included) to streamline mise en place for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
