Each drawer is designed to accept one full-size pan, three 1/3-size pans, or six 1/6-size pans up to 6 inches deep (pans not included), streamlining prep for chefs and operators.
Engineered for uptime and consistency, the self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust buildup, while the digital temperature control and monitor system maintains food-safe holding between 33°F and 38°F.
