The Turbo Air TWF-28SD-D2-N 28" worktop freezer combines frozen storage and a durable prep surface to optimize busy commercial kitchens. With 7 cu. ft. of capacity in a compact footprint, it supports restaurants, bakeries, and catering operations where space and performance matter. Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust buildup to maintain consistent cooling, while a digital temperature control and monitoring system keeps product in the -10 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit range. Two drawers provide flexible organization, each accommodating one full-size, three 1/3-size, or six 1/6-size pans up to 6" deep (pans not included). High-density polyurethane insulation and stainless steel cabinet construction deliver strength and cold retention in high-demand environments.
