The Turbo Air TWR-28SD-D2-N is a 28" worktop refrigerator engineered for fast-paced commercial kitchens. With 7 cu. ft. of capacity across a 2-drawer layout, it streamlines prep by keeping frequently used ingredients cold and within reach. A durable stainless steel cabinet simplifies cleaning, while high-density polyurethane insulation and magnetic drawer gaskets help lock in cold air. The self-cleaning condenser automatically brushes away dust and debris daily to maintain efficient performance. Digital temperature control and monitoring keep product in the safe 33–38 degrees Fahrenheit range. Each drawer accommodates up to 6"-deep pans—one full-size, three 1/3, or six 1/6 (pans not included)—supporting flexible storage for changing menus. Environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports sustainability and complies with DOE Energy Conservation Standards. For mobility and stability, swivel casters with locks are included.
