The TurboChef HHC1618 VNTLS-48 is a ventless, high-speed countertop conveyor oven engineered to accelerate throughput without a hood. Its internal catalytic converter filters grease-laden vapors, helping you deploy production where traditional ventilation is impractical.
Independent top and bottom air impingement and variable-speed conveyor/blower motors deliver precise, repeatable results across pizzas, toasted sandwiches, appetizers, and par-baked items. Idle mode and built-in self diagnostics streamline energy use and maintenance during lulls and shift changes.
A 48-inch conveyor and a 16-inch by 18-inch cook chamber keep high-volume lines moving, while cool-to-touch covers and panels enhance operator safety. Stainless steel construction and smart voltage sensor technology (U.S. only) support reliable performance in QSRs, cafes, ghost kitchens, and stadium kiosks.
