A wide -40°F to 50°F range supports everything from rapid chilling to hard freezing and safe holding.
Drive precision and compliance using the 7" digital touch screen with HACCP data tracker and a multi-core probe featuring 4 reading points. Choose from soft chill, soft freeze, hard freeze, thawing, holding, and end-of-cycle hold modes to match product density and production schedules. This helps preserve texture and appearance while keeping batches organized for service or storage.
