Electronic controls and a wide -13°F to 14°F range let you dial in optimal conditions for proteins, desserts, and backup product.
Streamline workflow with front mount self-contained refrigeration and autodefrost that helps reduce routine maintenance. Two epoxy coated shelves organize boxes and pans, while unidirectional casters simplify positioning during setup or cleaning. The stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to daily kitchen traffic and wipe down quickly between turns.
