This compact 27 1/2-inch wide, one-door unit organizes ingredients within arm’s reach while maintaining precise, food-safe temperatures. AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out delivers lasting durability for demanding kitchen environments.
Dial in performance with electronic digital temperature control and alarms, supporting a 28°F to 46°F range and autodefrost for consistent operation. The high-efficiency, side-mounted compressor, matched evaporator coil and condenser, and a sealed cast iron evaporator fan motor with high-volume airflow design help stabilize temps during rushes.
Set your line for speed: the pan rail holds twelve 1/6 pans and accommodates 4-inch or 6-inch pan depths for flexible builds.
