Streamline cold prep with this 27-inch mega top sandwich/salad prep table featuring two refrigerated drawers and a generous 8-pan rail. Stage mise en place where you need it: the rail holds eight 1/6 pans, while each drawer fits one 12" x 20" pan plus three 1/6 pans. Electronic digital temperature control with alarms maintains a 28–46°F setpoint using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
Built for daily service, the AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior resist corrosion and wipe clean quickly. Autodefrost and a CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulated cabinet help stabilize temperatures with minimal labor.
