Built for line speed and ingredient integrity, the U-Line UCMT148-SS61A is a 48-inch refrigerated mega top sandwich/salad prep table that streamlines make-station workflow. Electronic digital temperature control with alarms holds 28–46°F, while autodefrost and R290 refrigerant support efficient, reliable cooling. CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulation helps maintain consistent temps during peak periods.
The pan rail accommodates 4" or 6" pans and holds (18) 1/6 pans for fast, organized builds. The two-door base includes two PVC-coated wire shelves sized to hold (1) 12" x 20" pan and (3) 1/9 pans, keeping backup ingredients within reach. Durable AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior simplify sanitation and withstand daily use.
