Keep your line moving with the U-Line UCMT148-SS91A, a 48-inch refrigerated mega top sandwich / salad prep table built for fast-paced kitchens. Four refrigerated drawers and a 12-pan rail stage proteins, toppings, and mise en place right where crews need them. Chefs and foodservice operators can organize, access, and replenish ingredients without breaking workflow.
Load each drawer with a full 12" x 20" pan plus three 1/6 pans to support made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and pizza stations. The bottom drawer accepts 4" pans, while the pan rail accommodates 4" or 6" depths to pivot between lunch rush and catering builds. This flexible layout helps buyers and facility managers standardize set-ups across shifts and menus.
Dial in holding temps from 28–46°F with electronic digital controls and built-in alarms, while autodefrost simplifies routine maintenance. AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out and CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulation
