Keep your line moving with the U-Line UCMT160-SS61A, a 60-1/2 inch refrigerated mega top sandwich / salad prep table built for efficient, high-volume assembly. AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out resists corrosion and wipes clean between rushes. Side-mounted, high-efficiency refrigeration uses R290 and auto defrost to hold 28–46°F, managed by precise digital controls with alarms.
Streamline mise en place with a pan rail that fits 24 sixth-size pans and accepts 4- or 6-inch depths, so you can tailor capacity to the menu. Two doors open to an insulated cabinet with two PVC-coated wire shelves included to organize backup product, holding one 12" x 20", three 1/6, and three 1/9 pans as specified.
Plug in and go with a factory pre-wired 10 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P. A sealed cast-iron evaporator fan delivers high-volume airflow across a high-efficiency coil and condenser for even cooling, and NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliance supports safe cold holding on the line.
