Optimize your sandwich and salad line with the U-Line UCMT160-SS91A mega top prep table. The 60-inch footprint and four refrigerated drawers keep bulk ingredients cold and within reach while the pan rail presents up to 24 1/6 pans for fast assembly. Electronic digital controls hold 28–46°F and alert operators to deviations.
Configure drawers to stage proteins and greens; each drawer accepts one 12" x 20" pan plus three 1/6 and three 1/9 pans, with the bottom drawer accommodating 4" pans. The rail fits 4" or 6" pans to match peak periods and menu changes. A side-mounted, high-efficiency refrigeration system with R290 and autodefrost streamlines service and lowers environmental impact.
