Its two-section, 65-1/8-inch-wide cabinet with (2) solid doors and 14 cu. ft. of capacity keeps cheese, sauces, and prep inventory within arm’s reach. Electronic digital temperature control with alarms helps staff monitor performance during rushes, and auto defrost reduces daily maintenance.
Built with AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, this unit withstands rigorous cleaning and continuous service.
