Built for busy make-lines, the U-Line UCPT588-SS61A refrigerated prep table helps chefs stage, top, and serve with speed. Its cold wall sealed condiment rail keeps ingredients at 36–50°F while the 21.89 cu. ft. base holds backups at 28–46°F. At 88-5/16 inches wide, it creates an efficient, continuous work zone for pizza, salad, and sandwich assembly.
AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out resists corrosion, and rounded interior corners simplify wipe-downs between rushes. Digital temperature control with alarms, auto defrost, and an epoxy coated, sealed evaporator maintain consistent performance. Removable plastic catch trays and six epoxy coated wire shelves support clean, organized storage.
