Auto defrost reduces routine maintenance, while an epoxy coated and sealed evaporator supports long-term performance. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, this refrigerated base withstands the demands of high-volume environments. CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulation helps preserve temperatures during frequent drawer openings.
