Maintain precise holding from 28°F to 46°F using intuitive electronic controls, while autodefrost reduces manual maintenance. A stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to heavy-duty use and frequent cleaning in high-traffic kitchens.
Position the unit quickly with unidirectional casters and plug in with the included 11 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P. One epoxy-coated shelf supports pans, condiments, or beverage backups to keep mise en place within reach.
