Dial in holding temperatures from 28°F to 46°F with electronic controls, and autodefrost helps manage frost buildup. Stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces clean quickly, while three epoxy coated shelves organize ingredients for service.
Unidirectional casters let you position the unit precisely along cooklines or counters. An 11 ft cord with NEMA 5-15P plug connects to 115v/60/1-ph power, and the refrigerator uses R290 refrigerant with cETLus and ETL Sanitation listings.
