The U-Line UCRP225-SS31A pass-thru refrigerator streamlines cold holding and replenishment across busy kitchens and corridors. This one-section, 25 cu ft cabinet employs two half solid doors on each side to speed loading and retrieval. Stage product on one side and pick up from the other to keep service moving.
Hold ingredients and plated meals between 28°F and 46°F with electronic digital temperature control and built-in alarms. Autodefrost reduces manual maintenance, while a top-mount compressor and self-lubricating cast iron evaporator fan motor support consistent airflow.
Durable AISI 304 stainless steel interior and exterior with locking doors safeguard contents and simplify cleaning. Six pairs of L-style tray guides organize pans, and bright LED lighting helps staff see labels at a glance. Factory casters and an 11 ft cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug speed setup; R290 refrigerant is utilized.
