The Univex CYCLONE360-PK1 drives high-volume prep with a motor-driven, commercial hand-held mixer built for consistency. With a 74 qt mixing capacity and variable speed control, it blends soups, sauces, batters, and purées directly in the vessel to streamline workflow.
A 14" interchangeable shaft reaches deep stock pots while stainless steel components and an ABS fiberglass body stand up to daily use. A safety switch and trigger lock promote controlled operation during nonstop service, and the included speed head supports task-specific results. IPX3 splash protection adds confidence in busy cooklines.
