Product Description
The Univex DOME39P artisan stone hearth dome pizza oven streamlines high-volume service with a 92,500 BTU gas burner and a pentagonal cooking chamber. Its handmade firebrick hearth stores and releases heat for quick recovery, allowing teams to fire (5) 12" pizzas at once and keep tickets moving.
Set the oven securely on the included iron stand and manage heat with the matching door. An internal stack exhaust helps direct smoke, while the integrated thermometer lets operators monitor deck temperatures without disrupting the bake.
Built for busy pizzerias, hotel banquets, and campus dining, this insulated oven supports efficient, repeatable results across shifts. A 115v/60/1-ph, 16-amp electrical connection is required for operation, and cCSAus and NSF listings support compliance initiatives.
