This gas-fired dome pizza oven harnesses 92,500 BTU to bake up to five 12" pies at once inside a round 39-3/8" diameter chamber. Handmade firebrick and insulated construction support steady heat for consistent bakes and efficient turns.
Streamline workflow with an included thermometer for quick temperature checks and an internal stack exhaust that helps manage heat and airflow. Stage, rotate, and deck product comfortably across the stone hearth to balance cook and color. The iron stand and door are included to speed setup and secure the cavity between rushes.
