Designed for high-volume pizza programs, the Univex DOME47S artisan stone hearth square pizza oven delivers gas-fired power and efficient throughput. A round 47-1/4" internal chamber handles up to seven 12" pies at once, streamlining make-to-bake workflow during peak periods. Insulated construction and handmade firebrick help retain heat for steady performance over long shifts. The integrated thermometer simplifies temperature checks, while the internal stack exhaust aids proper venting. Chefs can load and manage bakes without breaking pace.
An iron stand and door are included for a durable, ready-to-place setup.
