Built for demanding pizza programs, the Univex DOME59GV artisan stone-hearth, domed, round gas oven streamlines high-volume service without sacrificing bake quality. Its 59-1/8-inch internal cooking chamber and 97,500 BTU gas input provide the firepower and space needed to keep orders moving.
Produce up to thirteen 12-inch pies per turn to meet peak rushes, while insulated, handmade firebrick construction preserves heat between launches for consistent, even results. Operators can stage, rotate, and retrieve pies efficiently across the wide, round deck to optimize workflow.
Daily operation is supported by practical inclusions: a built-in thermometer for monitoring, an internal stack exhaust, and an iron stand and door for sturdy placement and heat management. A 115v/60/1 electrical connection (16 amps) supports the integrated components, making this dome pizza oven a fit for kitchens prioritizing throughput and presentation.
