The Univex DR11 is a bench-model dough divider rounder built to accelerate portioning and shaping with reliable consistency. A belt drive and 1/2 hp motor deliver steady performance during busy production. Manual cutting produces 11 portions ranging from 11.3 to 22.9 oz to match your program.
Activate automatic rounding with the integrated timer to form uniform dough balls for pizza, rolls, and loaves. The start/stop button and power indicator light enable straightforward, repeatable operation across teams. This helps maintain spec and keep service moving.
Out of the box, you get one cutting head, two dough trays, a stainless steel dish, and a cup tray of your choice to fit your recipes.
