Smooth cast iron plates and a 13.98" x 10.04" cooking surface provide full-contact heat for uniform browning. Manual controls with an adjustable thermostat up to 570°F and a built-in timer support repeatable production.
Press hot sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas, and flatbreads to order on the countertop without slowing the line. The standard hinged upper grill maintains even pressure across product for balanced melt and texture. A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily prep while presenting cleanly at the pass or in front-of-house kiosks.
