Product Description
Streamline dough production with the Univex SFG 500 T, a reversible floor-model dough sheeter engineered to keep busy kitchens moving. Its 19-3/4" wide belt and hard chrome polished cylinders promote uniform sheeting for pizzas, pastries, and laminated doughs while supporting consistent results service after service.
Dial in thickness by hand from 0" to 1.9", then guide left-to-right travel using the foot pedal to keep both hands free for loading and catching. Start/stop buttons provide quick control, and a chain drive paired with a 3/4 hp motor delivers reliable performance during peak production.
Fold the tables when not in use to reclaim floorspace, and pivot or remove the arms to speed cleaning and maintenance. Heavy duty rolling pins are included, helping bakeries, pizzerias, hotels, and commissary kitchens optimize workflow and presentation with efficient, repeatable sheeting.
