Streamline laminating and sheeting for bakeries, pizzerias, and commissaries with the Univex SFG 600 TMM reversible dough sheeter. Its 23-3/4" belt and 146" overall length provide ample runway to process large batches while maintaining consistent results. Hand-adjust the gap from 0 to 1.9 inches to dial in precise thickness for croissants, puff pastry, or pizza skins.
Operate efficiently with hands-free belt movement via foot pedal, leaving both hands free to guide and fold dough. Start/stop buttons and a responsive chain drive help maintain control and pace during peak production. Pivoting, removable arms simplify loading and cleanup between runs.
Built for continuous service, the hard chrome polished cylinders resist wear and deliver smooth, even sheeting. Heavy-duty rolling pins store neatly in the base, keeping tools close and stations organized. The 1 hp, cord-and-plug design fits easily into existing prep lines without hardwiring.
