Product Description
Drive high-volume dough production with the Univex SL120 spiral dough mixer. A 180 qt stainless steel bowl and 265 lb dough capacity let you mix large batches for bakeries, pizzerias, and commissaries without constant changeovers.
Two selectable speeds plus reverse and a bowl jog function give you control over mix development and consistency. The control panel’s digital timers help you set repeatable cycles from first to second speed for reliable results across shifts.
Built-in casters and leveling feet simplify placement, while a swing-open bowl guard streamlines loading and cleaning. Separate bowl and spiral motors, rated at 1 hp and 8.3 hp respectively, provide the power needed for stiff doughs in busy operations.
