Power through high-volume dough production with the Univex SL160 silverline spiral dough mixer. Its 243 qt bowl and 353 lb dough capacity streamline output for busy bakeries, pizzerias, hotels, and commissaries that need consistent, repeatable results shift after shift.
Dial in your process with two speeds plus reverse, separate bowl and spiral motors, and a control panel with digital timers. Use the bowl jog to stage ingredients, check gluten development, or position the batch for efficient unloading, while the swing-open bowl guard speeds loading and access.
Move it into place on built-in casters, then lock it down with leveling feet for stable operation. A durable stainless steel bowl and included dough hook & shaft support demanding workflows, from pizza and bagels to artisan loaves and production bread lines.
